Over the last few months Wisdom has been hard at work writing a grant proposal for the 2022 Impact award which is provided by Ninety-nine girlfriends. Their organization makes annual, large, impactful grants in the Portland Metro/SW Washington region. They fund in five focus areas, Creative Expression, Education and Lifelong Learning, Environment and Sustainability, Family and Human Services and Health and Wellness with applications typically opening May/June and funding awarded November/December.
We are honored to announce that we have been chosen for the Environment and Sustainability award and will be given $70,000 to use for our programs. This is a huge and exciting opportunity for us.
