Wisdom and the Northwest Indian Storytellers Association raise our hands in thanks to everyone who helped to support the Northwest Indian Storytelling Association at our 10th Annual Storytelling Festival.
Three wonderful nights and days allowed both seasoned and emerging storytellers to hone their craft and share their gifts at three beautiful venues through Indigenous-focused workshops and at events that were open to the general public. Guests at the events were treated to stories and songs from voices spanning a variety of Indigenous cultures and traditions.
Whether you were able to be a part of our 10th Anniversary this year or not, Wisdom and NISA invite you to join us for a Storytelling Gathering at the Zenger Farm Urban Grange on Friday, November 20th from 7-9:30pm. Don’t miss your chance to offer your support while you listen to tales that have been skillfully woven and passed down over many generations.

For years upon years, storytelling has been an integral part of Indigenous culture to teach lessons, record history, and to entertain. Today the storytelling tradition is alive and well and Wisdom and NISA are honored to create spaces where storytellers can share their amazing gifts with you.
