This full-time, hybrid role is based in Portland, Oregon, and focuses on connecting Native-owned and other underrepresented small businesses to technical training and clean energy retrofit projects across rural and Tribal communities in Oregon.

The ideal candidate is an experienced project manager with a background in construction, a passion for economic equity, and a strong commitment to building lasting relationships. Responsibilities include coordinating energy efficiency training, recruiting underrepresented contractors, managing retrofit projects, and supporting workforce readiness for clean energy careers.

NWNC offers competitive pay between $32.00 and $36.00 per hour, along with benefits like a 401(k), health savings account, and paid time off. This role requires occasional statewide travel and provides a meaningful opportunity to support Native business development and clean energy expansion.
